Overview

Fringe is working with an established studio in beautiful Bangkok, Thailand, for a Line Producer on an animated children’s TV series.  The Line Producer is the facilitator between Director, Production and Client in ensuring the creative vision of the project can be achieved within the established budget and schedule.  Please note that this job requires relocation to Bangkok, and cannot be done remotely.

PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Works with Head of Production and Supervising Producer to prepare budgets, schedules, and production plans as required.
  • Works with Finance to monitor budgets and financial reports.
  • Evaluates script breakdowns to assess and assign cost of creative production.
  • Conducts meetings with team supervisors to ensure continued progress.
  • Defines and implements the production resources necessary to support the creative needs of the

    project.

  • Partners with HR & Supervising Producer to hire crew.
  • Communicates with department supervisors to assess day to day project requirements.
  • Ability to flag potential problems, collaborate with Supervisors to find solutions before presenting to

    the senior team.

  • Responsible for obtaining and negotiating with vendors unless otherwise directed.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with vendor partners.
  • Supports and integrates the values of M2 Animation that being a commitment to innovation,

  • Interacts respectfully and professionally with colleagues, other staff members, partners, and clients.
  • Additional duties as requested.

    QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 6-7 years of industry experience. Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities:
  • Thorough knowledge of animation and CG production pipeline, including pre-production and post production.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, ShotGrid (Flow)
  • Exceptional communication skills are required as well as the diplomacy to balance the creative

    expectations with the financial resources available.
